Totaly worst. You guys cheat me to give me a local guest house. Showing hotel. No wifi. No 24 hrs hot water no intercom. Lots of mosquito. Window door not closing. Bathroom is totally worst. Even outside sulabh toilet is more clean from this. Pols stop to making fool to other customer. I pay for a hotel which was actually a guest house of 1000 rs.

Good point - hotel gives earlier check in as we arrived early in the morning. Bad points - housekeeping & room cleaning poor. In non ac room fan not available, only cooler there.

The outside view of the property was good, but the room was smelling. Also, the toilet was very dirty, flush wasn't working. Overall very bad experience for me.

All the facilities of the hotel are very good. Also the staff is very good and very close to the bazaar and all the sightseeing points, if i visit mt abu again i will stay at this hotel.

During my recent stay at the hotel, i found the staff to be exceptionally well-mannered and cooperative. They were proactive in assisting me, even suggesting a convenient two-wheeler rental service right at the front. A thoughtful touch was the map placed at the gate, which i found quite helpful. However, i believe there is room for improvement in the pricing strategy. it would be reasonable to expect at least one meal to be included in the room rate. This would enhance the value proposition for guests. Overall, my experience was positive, and i would recommend this hotel to others seeking comfortable accommodation with friendly service

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient.

Hotel room was very neat and clean and staff behavior was very good. The food provided by cafeteria was better than others and cheap also. Just walking distance from nakki lake. Overall very good comfortable and satisfying stay. 🙏🏻🙏🏻

We enjoyed our stay, budget hotel, room is sufficient for 3 person, hot water facility only morning time, food was good but some what costly compare to outside. Near to nakki lake just walking distance.
