The staff at the property was exceptional and provided personalized service with a smile. They were friendly, courteous, and always willing to help. The attention to detail on every interaction made the stay fantastic. The owners were warm, generous, and welcoming people. The chef was amazing and could whip up local and international cuisine with equal ease. The caretaker staff was quite friendly, and the child had a very good time. The staff members met every request and made the guests feel at home.

The food at the property was outstandingly delicious and unbelievably diverse. The chef was a wizard who could whip up local and international cuisine with equal ease. The meals were portioned well and very well made. The farm-to-table experience was the highlight of the stay. The property had a choice of plated menus, including Mexican, Italian, Kumaoni, Nepalese, etc. The ala carte meals were delicious and healthy. The dining area was different every meal, giving guests the chance to soak in every angle of the property and its views.

Location

The property had an excellent location with breathtaking views of the Himalayas. The rooms had great views of the Himalayan ranges and private terraces/balconies. The property was surrounded by gardens that supported the farm-to-table experience. The orchard kept guests busy in a very different way, and picking fruits and eating them was the main attraction. The serene surroundings and comfortable accommodations provided a truly memorable experience.

Cleanliness

The property was exceptionally clean, and the linen was fresh. The rooms were well thought out, big, and beautiful. The common areas could have done with better heating, but overall, the property was clean and comfortable.
