It is apartment type living, no-look as a resort, don't see anything like resort apartments were at after 7 Hair Pin Bends if you have not your conveyance, it is a bit difficult to live because the reception was on right side of the road and apartments on other Side after 7 Hair Pin Bends. For everything you want, you have to go down.

That it is apartment type living, no look as resort, don't seen any thing like resort. Apartments were at after 7 hair pin bends, if you have not your conveyance, it is bit difficult to live because reception was on right side of the road, and apartments on other side after 7 hair pin bends. Not worth staying, you have to go down for any thing you want from breakfast, lunch, dinner.

Location, food, service was very good. Staff was very courteous. As the cottages are very far off from reception area they must provide to and fro transport to guests. As there only car for this purpose broke down and went to workshop we had to walk all the way to dining area. Food was excellent.
There was no water on the 3rd day of our stay as the water froze in the pipes. It is an expected problem at that temperature and they must have some solution to the problem especially when they are charging so much for the room. As a result we checked out a day earlier than our departure date. Won't recommend any one till they sort out problem of water freezing in pipes.

Hotel staff

This is a huge property. We thought it would be ideal for kids looking at the description at MMT but it was not. The play area for kids is at the reception, while rooms are 3-4 kms uphill. However hotel staff was very kind and helpful.
