Its was an amazing stay at zostel mukteshwar, vibrant environment, friendly staff and cozy rooms. All in all it was worth the money spent.

I had an amazing stay at this hostel! the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The common areas were perfect for meeting fellow travelers, and the location was ideal for exploring the city. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a budget-friendly and enjoyable stay.

The food was not good and there is no nearby cafe also and washroom had the pungent smell which led to the bad experience.

We loved the experience overall but yes there were few hiccups. As due to hailstorm there was a power cut for more than 24 hours they were not prepared with basic amenities like candle, matchbox etc during such incidents. It was really really problematic during the night specially with no light at all. Also not a single charging point for back up is a big problem, people can stuck there in such situations.

Location is decent but far from market or any attraction points. Food is worst we got cold precooked meals with zero taste. Will suggest anyone to eat outside. Amenities are good room was clean.

The stay started with alot of issues such as parking, no entertainment in room even though private room was booked. The property manager favorite word is no. You ask him for anything and his answer would be no if you ask the reason behind it and again a standard answer we are back pack hostel. I beleive you will get better facilities if you book a homestay and too saves your cost. Don't order food from here as food is stale. I ordered paneer and there was an o dour and foul smell coming. In short a big no for this place as couple or family.

The rooms were not clean the zostel was short of service staff the bathroom was stinking badly. There was no food available as we were told that the hotel didn’t have a chef. Overall the stay was not good.

I was here at a long stay and at the second day i felt like i was not ordering for food but begging for it. Sorry to be so direct here. At time the orders were denied at 9pm too.

Overall, my experience was far from satisfactory. The poor quality of the beds, unappetizing food, and subpar services left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied

As an avid traveler, i've stayed at various hostels and accommodations, but my recent experience at zostel mukteshwar left much to be desired. From the moment i checked in, it was evident that this stay would not meet my expectations. First and foremost, the quality of the beds in the room was abysmal. Describing them as "third class" would be generous. The mattresses were lumpy and uncomfortable, making it nearly impossible to get a decent night's sleep. For a hostel that prides itself on providing a comfortable and welcoming environment for travelers, this was a major letdown. To make matters worse, the food served at zostel mukteshwar was far from appetizing. Not only did it lack freshness, but it also emitted a foul odor that made it difficult to even consider consuming. As someone who enjoys trying local cuisine, i was disappointed by the lack of flavor and quality in the meals provided. Additionally, the services offered at the hostel were well below par. Staff members seemed indifferent to guests' needs and requests, displaying a lack of professionalism and attentiveness. Simple tasks, such as requesting extra towels or inquiring about nearby attractions, were met with apathy and inefficiency. Overall, my experience at zostel mukteshwar was far from satisfactory. The poor quality of the beds, unappetizing food, and subpar services left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. As a frequent traveler, i rely on accommodations that prioritize guest comfort and satisfaction, neither of which were evident during my stay at this particular hostel. I would strongly advise fellow travelers to explore other options in mukteshwar for a more enjoyable and fulfilling experience.

The staff of the property was unprofessional and rude, they were not welcoming at all. Zostel must change all the staff of that property and they must replace the receptionist and the older lady both were unprofessional.

Best place, best food, lovely aunty, akshat buddy he never say ( no) he always find ( jugaad) to resolve every problem if u face , car, taxi, food, bike, anything! Aunty is love she treated us like their own child…. ♣️♠️ will be back soon to zostel next year - rooms are well maintained-washroom are clean- hot water is available-you can cook your own food with the help of aunty

I find this property on mmt. Mmt ills my all time favorite app to find hotels and flights. Nice view room good food. Fantastic stay.
