We were alone in the resort. There was no room service, only veg and no bar or any short of entertainment(though hotel not to be blamed for this, sharing just for info. Rooms where not that well maintained with paints peeling off and washbasin was outside the bathroom. We checked out with in five minutes.

Deccan winds is a beautiful place in nature. Very good for nature lovers. Just an hour drive from pune. The food and service is equally good.

Property was good comfortable stay rooms were large and clean. Food was also good but dinner had limited options and no premium dish was served in dinner. Rest everything was good

I had high hopes for deccan winds resort in pune, but my experience was nothing short of disappointing. the reality was starkly different. Upon arrival, i was appalled by the condition of the resort and immediately decided to leave. It's clear that the photos are misleading, and i urge future travelers not to be fooled by them. Instead of addressing my grievances, they sided with the hotel management, leaving me feeling unheard and unsupported. This lack of customer service and accountability is unacceptable. Travelers beware

Management is not customer friendly and not much activities to do in this property. Only good thing is greenary. They charged rs 500 rs for a single plate broken by small kids while eating. Considering cost of package food was also not up to the mark. Their kitchen gets close at 9:30 pm so we had eat cold food later as we were not feeling hungry by that time.

Location is good but the management staff is not supportive. They charged huge amount for a simple broken plate by my one year old daughter. Food was also not worth it.

Absolutely perfect for a solo female traveller. My stay as a solo traveller at deccan winds resort was safe and comfortable and peaceful. The staff was pro-active and diligent. I would love to come back

Entrance - the entrance makes me scary as it's a vertical slope drive from the entrance gate where you can see the road in front of you and think twice whether you are an expert driver or not to control your car on this road, once you go down you can find straight road to resort surrounded by the dark forest and then you will reach your resort. When we shared our experience at reception then manager told that there is another way to reach resort you can call them and ask they will guide you. Resort - resort is superb with clean cottages, you can experience complete relaxation here. As we booked this resort on thursday 23rd november we are the only one family in this resort and when there is darkness in the evening we feel little scary but when we inquired with manager and staff they said there is no worries of wild animals as resort has the boundaries all over then we feel relaxed and from the next day we truly enjoyed our stay here. Drawback for sr. Citizens - if any sr. Citizen are having knee pain then it will be quite difficult for them because they have lots of stairs everywhere means to reach your cottage, to go to play area, to go to dining are everywhere so many steps. Food - they serve only veg food but i never experienced so much of variety in veg food i mean they kept limited items but every time and every day they have good menu with its taste. Staff -staff is very polite and supportive. Overall we enjoyed here a lot

Excellent option to stay in monsoon or winter, full of trees and shrubs, very serene and pleasant atmosphere. Just don't feel like we are so close to the city. Food is also awesome, pure veg only but variety and taste is just too delicious. Staff is good and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean. 1 bed and 1 sofa bed is good for family of 3. Overall excellent stay that we had over the weekend. For ambience and food, must try
