I recently stayed at arena hotel and found the experience to be decent. The room was adequate but could use some improvements in terms of comfort and amenities. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which was a highlight of the stay. However, the food was overpriced for the quality offered. Overall, while the stay was okay, there is certainly room for improvement in several areas.

Average stay, though staff is good. Can be chosen for night stay only

After spending 7500, this stay left me in shock. Bedsheets were used, bath towel were torn, there were holes in it. After i complained, they changed bedsheets. By no means this was 4 or 5 star equivalent. This was average hotel can be chosen for night stay only. Room was so small, i almost fell n all syrup in hand spilled on floor. Though staff was really good and cooperative but in metro like mumbai i was highly disappointed, ahmedabad is far better at lesser cost.

The only good thing about this hotel is its location to nesco. All other facilities need severe supervision and management. The restaurant is always given out for private parties leaving house guests to sit outside. Breakfast services are very poor. Clearances and getting the table ready for next guests are always late. Cutleries are not replenished. Waiters are running around without any clue. Room is very tiny with a passage behind where service staff work and create noise. Suggestion : appoint a manager or a consultant to put correct sops for all operations
