The stay was very good. The room was comfortable. Two different beds were cozy, there was a tv, wifi, ac, a coffee maker, clean sheets. Bathroom was clean and equipped with everything along with towels and hot water facility.

There were many cockroaches in the room. Not one but many. Pest control is required. Apart from that the rooms were clean and good

There was smell in entire hotel as renovation work is going on. The food quality is very poor. Food served in rooms, there is no restaurant at the hotel. Food was cold. Hot water not available in washroom. Cockroaches are roaming around

We not enjoy. Bcs delay i paid 2000 extra for cab. That amount will you pay for me. Still i'm not happy

The location was excellent, located with 5 min walk to the metro station and a 10-minute walk to andheri east local train station. Rooms were decent sized as compared to similar priced other hotels. Staff is also very humble and nice. I didn't opt for breakfast, and i also didn't have any food in the hotel, so i could not comment on food.

Prices are high basis location and amenities also the staff is not good here

It was a very clean and well kept hotel with prompt room service and courteous staff. Wifi was working fine, not to forget the convenient location. It was the best value for money.

Intercom phone was not working. Coverage issue. And most importantly the hotel was not ready to provide their tax invoice bill.
