This hotel is very near to bandra local station. Toilets are clean but can improve it. Staff is cooperative and becoming always help to us. Allover good for single traveller

Overall their service is good but the ac temp not maintain as per required also they ask us toh change the bed for 3 times. Which was a lack of management by them. But they have a good place to stay for 2 days. I don't have

It is an affordable place to stay, the ameneties are basic. Toilets are clean, but the bedsheets and pillow covers were dirty. Place needs to be managed effectively. Some areas felt dingy.

My is little bit bad because dormitory was full of stale air living there is not hygiene and also in rainy season there is also water leakage inside dormitory.

Stay was good and staff was friendly. Only drawback is they switch off the ac from morning 8am to 3pm in afternoon. Location was great very close to bandra station just walking distance. Overall good experience

Upkeep is not upto the mark. Also in this hot summers they have kept ac off from morning 8 to noon 3 pm.

Best place to stay for solo travelers, staff behaviour is good. Clean room and toilets. Just 400m from bandra railway station ( local trains.

Good stay at the premium location bandra (west. Beside everything in place. Good recreation room. The staff is not honest enough. They ask for extra money as a tip. However, it is up to guests whether they want to give a tip or not. Regards

The place seems a little bit haphazard, but is well maintained. All the amenities are there and everything functions smoothly. The staff keeps the entire place clean and tidy.

Backpac stay is a great option for solo travelers. The location is convenient, also got a local train station nearby. The staff is very polite & always helpful. The caretaker named rakesh was very welcoming. From changing sheets to having dinner he helps the guests in a very discreet way. Cleanliness is taken very seriously here. As you can see rakesh & his colleague dayal cleaning up the place at least 3 times a day.
