We have stayed in bentley’s hotel twice. Hotel is just 5 minutes away from gateway of india and colaba market. They don’t have restaurant but you can easily order anything from zomato. Staff is very friendly and polite.

It is not a hotel. It is a guestroom. No drinking water. Only toast in breakfast.

Room is very good, staff are good behaviour, bathroom is hygiene, beds are good, and street and area is so beautiful. We are very happy to stay, only breakfast is bread and butter that should be improved

Nice hotel with best of location just walking down. Many of the places are nearby hotel staff is good and the rooms are decent.

The initial room we had been assigned was a little small but upon request, they moved us to a larger, airy, sunlit room with a balcony. The location was fantastic. My daughter and i were on a 2-day tourist visit to mumbai and this place was perfect for our purpose.

Bentleys hotel mumbai is the great place in the middle of south bombay, almost right next to taj palace hotel and gate way of india. Best cafe options around. The staff is friendly and the place is well maintained. I like the old school vibe of this place. Stayed here for the 3rd time and just like always enjoying my stay. Do try and give some love to bombay. No images available with me

Good location. House keeping needs to be better. Bedsheets, pillow covers needs to be replaced, breakfast can be better, better not to give any breakfast and reduce the price.

It's a very old building, there were no basic facilities, the toilet was outside the family room, the beds spread were torn, and there was no proper house keeping, they mention including breakfast but they provided only bread and jam, not suggesting for a good stay.

Old building. No proper ventilation. No intercom. Area location is good but if no choice then choose this hotel. But the best point staff is well mannered and responsible.

There was no parking available. They did not mention it while booking on the app. I asked for a refund which they denied. Tried to reach make my trip but was not successful. Did not stay at that property. First time such experience with make my trip. Worst

The checkin process was smooth. Good staff giving you ho. Ely feeling. Bed linen needs a review and improvement. Bedsheets were slightly smelly. Even the mattresses need a thorough vacuum cleaning the floorings need thorough mopping before it's made available for checkin. It appears that whiteabts are there in the room.

Although the hotel is not equipped with latest, but i must say the location/stay/staff was super awesome. It's a place where bombay architecture meets.

Shower was not working properly, the water was falling like a tap. There were baby cockroaches in the room too. Basic toiletries like a shampoo sachet, toothbrush etc was missing. Only one small bar of soap was provided. Rest of the room was fine. Staff was approachable.

It's not a hotel. But a flat room clean for breakfast only only bread butter jam given most of plug points don't work average but staff good
