Worst service I ever had.Totally different is not working. No Room service,No Telephone.For small things you have to come to Reception.Entrance /Stair case is made out of MS steel . Highly overpriced with this type of facilities. Staffs are not professional. It is like you are staying in a chawl or oyo service.

I was not given a good room. As it was overbooked dey didn't give me delux room. A room 6ft x 8ft with just one bed barely fitting, no window, no tv. It was like a dungeon. I checked out after 6 hr as it was unbearable with toilet stink. Horrible horrible experience. I spoke to your representative for a refundt. Imagine staying in a room with no window and area just enough for a queensize bed.

it was pathetic hotel..very small room with legit no space imside the room.. the washroom was also very small… i booked this hotel by seeing the photos but the hotel room was not same.. it was very small.. also the amenities which were mentioned were also not provided in the room.. no sofa no table so chair only 1 bed with very uncomfortable mattress. tv was also not working.

Firstly when i landed, there was no reception area for the hotel, then there was painting work in the hallways so even the rooms smelled of paint. Imagine being put up in a room with no windows and a paint smell coming in from the hallway. That was my experience. i understand having to make small adjustments but this is absolutely insane, i had to leave and spend time outside to ensure i don't get suffocated here. When i asked for a room change, despite there being another double bedroom available, they refused to give it to us saying there might be a booking. our complimentary breakfast which we were told will not get more than certain portions
