Very bad experience in the elevator

Location was fine but there was a mishap in the elevator. The guest got stuck in the elevator as it just stopped working and the desk manager was not helpful enough. The guest had to be inside the elevator for more than 10 minutes. It would have been dangerous for anyone with health issues.

Poor service at opus restaurant!

I had a disappointing experience at opus restaurant. The service was sub-par and didn't meet expectations. Unfortunately, registering my complaint with the restaurant manager was challenging as he was unavailable and unresponsive. Due to the poor service, we ended up leaving our unfinished food. Hope you can look into this and improve the overall dining experience. Best regards yogesh shukla

The property is situated in a very good location and is one of the best 5 star properties in mumbai. The staff is extremely courteous, helpful and polite. The service is par excellence and most importantly the rooms are extremely spacious

Good Stay

The stay was good. The pillows uncomfortable. Other than the reception desk staff and the security staff who were very professional the remaining floor level staff and those outside should learn to be more polite, less intrusive, polite and professional.

The room, service and behavioral aspects of the experience were top class. It is under renovation and hence both lobby and breakfast arrangements did not live up to my expectations of the brand. I understand that this is specific to renovation and will use the hotel again.

False promises

I had made booking for my husband birthday sea view room on higher floor, but unfortunately we didn’t got the higher floor nor sea view. Manger told we have given you best renovated room but we were surprised to see newly renovated room bcoz carpet was completely stained. While booking and checking we were told we will get direct walking to a er lounge but unfortunately that was false promise. Breakfast was ok ok
