Decent place to stay at an affordable price. Well maintained with all basic facilities. We can cook by ourselves also. Property has kitchen facility.

Address was worng, had make sevarla calls to reach support. I had to wait for 15mins more to people arrive and pick. Door lock was not working. Water heater was very slow to heat. Room was not cleaned very much. Most of sockets were not working.

Budget friendly nice service apartment, great facility, must give it a try.

Hotel price mai flat diya huva hai bhk. 4500- ki price mai 2000 ke rent ka room se rah e he !or railway station, borivali ke 1 km pai hai traffic bhi bohot rehta hai

Very bad hosting. Even though make my trip confirmed the booking, the gagal stay owner said he cannot provide accommodation in borivali and asked me to get auto to kandivali to thakur complex and paid 100 rupee for auto. The room was for the service apartment caretakers. He spoiled the trip and vacation for us.

On the day of check-in, the host mr. Arun changed the location of our stay and shared the new location directly on whatsapp. When we asked the reason for the sudden change he said there is a water issue. Our reason to choose that stay was bcoz we had our relatives nearby. The host allotted us the room 40 min far from our actual location. I reconfirmed the reason with care taker of that room. He said the previous guest wish to continue their stay so we allotted you new room. Also in the new rooms, there were some hidden charges levied from us like usage of our utensils, etc. They not even welcomed us with complimentary water bottle. They took charge of that too. Our traveling expenses itself took rs 600-700. Overall it was the horrible experience with gagal homes.

Abysmal experience. Accommodation was kept in very poor & unhygienic state. Had to wait for almost an hour to check in. Actual room size doesn't matches up pics. Wouldn't recommend. Poor from gagal homes.

It was very basic property, not worth 3k at all, i rather would’ve spend some more and stay at a better place. Otherwise basic property at best. The caretaker seems ok, also they don’t stock basic water bottles only give tap water to guests which is bad. At-least they should keep water at hand. Hygiene maintenance was ok. A bit privacy issue as doors are thin and rooms close together one can hear the commotion outside. That’s all.

Stay was good, caretaker mr. Baldev is excellent in terms of hospitality and chef. We preferred to have in house dinner. It was fabulous and upto the standard. Not too oil, not too spicy. Just like home made taste. Cleanliness was awesome.

Its a house converted into a guest house (4 rooms with 1 occupied by staff. Location looks shady on the fir-at look and is though ok from inside but not too clean. Towels had some spots and there was light coming from outside whole night. Best part of the guest house for me was it was very close to borivali station (i needed a place as close as possible) and its caretaker baldev. He is very caring and a great cook too.

1. Place is not at all hygienic 2. Toilets were not clean and terribly dirty 3. The room was not clean 4. The floor lobby was full of plastic bottles and bin bags 5. Complimentary breakfast was never served. 6. Wifi and tv were not working 7. No mineral water care taker asks to take water from filter tap 8. The worst part of all this is the location of the building. You will not get any transport from there being a busy road near borivali station there is no parking place where the cab can wait my last experience with gagal homes was good based on the fact i booked this home stay ignoring which was a terrible mistake. Please ignore this property

Stayed was good but property was changed in last moment
