No reception person after 6pm (15 oct) to 8am (16 oct) if we need any requirement no one there, it's very very strange (no one at hotel)

At the time of check in it was a terrible experience. I waited 45 min outside to get the room. As per the owner, they have some transaction issues with mm t and it’s 45 min to resolve till the time i’m standing outside.

Room was not cleaned. They had kept extra bed rod in my room. Also they didnt provide packaged drinking water. Instead offered normal water which was not good.
