Major problem was that queen size bed was provided for 2 adults + child. Next issue is that glass on the tea table was just placed and easily prone to falling.

1. Entry welcome and response at reception was good. 2. Rooms are good and in hygienic condition. 3. Room service is good. 4. Food restaurant is very closer and test of food is good ( suggestion to make half dish arrangement for single person to avoid food waste. 5. Improvement required in following areas. A. Gym: 1. Remote of ac was not in working condition. Do cell replacement time to time. 2. Tv channels are not available for trade mill. 3. Bicycle screen display was not working. 4. Music system was not available. B. Swimming pool: only pegions were doing swimming in pool. Lots of warmness observed while traveling in lift. Feed back given at the hotel in writing. Thank you.

Room size is manageable and other than everything more then 5 plus. Entry to the hotel is a long walk and it will give you the feeling of a big hotel. The reception area is huge and more than that the persons at reception were very welcoming and full of warmth. The buffet breakfast spread was also very good. Overall it was an a plus experience.

Goldfinch hotel staff forced me to make the payment at the time check in. And they have not handed over the original bill at the time of check out. I stayed in goldfish mangalore but it was very good experience

Night service was baddi requested for good night and also tv to be started around 9. 45 pm but no body came. So i slept at 10. 45 pm after waiting. Location is good food can be improved further

Service staff mixed floor cleaning solvent in my water bottle

Their cleaning staff mixed floor cleaner bottle with my drinking water bottle. While cleaning floors these people clear with a solvent which is mixed in a water bottles which looks like similar to what they give to everyone in their rooms. During night time when i woke up around 11:30 pm, i picked up one of the bottle and drink that floor cleaning solvent. That floor cleaning solvent bottle is not full so i thought cleaning staff did not thrown away my old bottle and i had a big sip of that solvent. After 10 minutes i started to feel heaviness in my head and i ran away to the reception and complaint about the same. On complaining there reception staff mr. Viral got panic and called service staff and asked him what happened. First service staff replied nothing sir it’s just a water when i asked him to drink he refused the same. Then i told him tell me what it is so that i can take medicine as a precautionary measure but he did not told me what it was. Even after fighting with them for 1 hours nobody told me that it was a floor cleaning solvent. Suddenly service guy and night manager speaking with each and and they told me sir don’t worry nothing will happen to you it was a floor cleaner but not harmful. I am preparing for filling a case against goldfinch for the same.
