This was my 1st time stay i was a bit disappointed since i had to wait 40 minutes for my checkin however once i got in the place was beautiful and spacious. I must mention the food was great quality and good taste. The staff was polite. Pravin from the housekeeping helped me multiple times with my request. Overall i enjoyed my stay. I would recommend anyone to stay here once

I dont like reception staff response for example i asked water bottle during checkout, i waited for 20 min and i follow up many times, they keep on answering they will bring. After waiting for 20min i came out from hotel and took a cab for airport. Hilton service is very very bad. They don't bother about customers i am very disappointed, i dont prefer anyone staying in hilton

1. swimming pool was not available through the stay and that was the primary thing for kids 2. ⁠we have informed the duty manager that we will be little late for breakfast as it’s hage traffic outside (4 hours delay) and requested duty manager 2 hours prior to the breakfast closing time to send food items in our room and for 8 memeber (6 adults and 2 kids ) they sent 2 paranthas .. 3. ⁠huge delay in room service. 4 slices of parantha. they should have told me earlier that it cannot be possible. it will help me to make arrangements for my family. after a while even the duty manager stopped accepting calls. i have stayed in hilton north america multiple times but this is the worst experience we have ever had

Spooky feeling

Spooky room, gallery toward room is very clostofobic, room ac filter was chocked, they had to clean net which was full pf dirt, toilet was not deep cleaned, inners of toilet seat had all dirt, light system was pathetic either all lights will switch on or all light will be off. In room dinning was good, breakfast spread was good. I am won't go doer again.

See I totally disappointed with your hotel I booked hotel for 7 and 8 November but because of some reasons my flight get cancelled so I called reservation and I asked them to please change my hotel date and they have modify it to 8 and 9 so I did a booking to Mumbai and I reached at Hilton at 6 a.m. in the morning at 8 November I also requested for early checking because I called them so many time and I asked them. I can pay extra for the early checking because I have interview in your hotel, so I need the hotel urgent. These people have given assurance to me that ma’am, you can book a flight and you can come to hotel Hilton. We will provide you early checking and we have also modified your booking, I don’t know who was on the reservation. I spoke to 2 guys both said your hotel is booked for 8 and 9 November they also told me that this is one time modification. We will not able to change it now I said it’s fine because I need hotel early in the morning they have given assurance and because I trust these people of your Hilton staff, I booked a flight on double triple fares and I reached Hilton because of my interview, and there I came to know that these people has not made my booking modification and they are saying you are here for seven and eight and ma’am, at what time you are going to check out I have shown them a mail that is mailed guy to me and to your Hilton staff to confirm that I am getting only checking at eight. I requested your staff a lot, ma’am. It’s my interview. Please allow me to early checking. Please check your details, but they were not listening me also, their behaviour was very rude. Some north-east Gul was there in the early morning today. It was a terrible experience and your buffet manager or your restaurant manager. I don’t know his name he came to my father more than 5 to 6 time I was in the interview. He was having his lunch because have taken the voucher of lunch and breakfast, and I have paid 2000 for it. So it was my choice that I eat the food or I don’t eat the food, so my parents were eating the food because we three have booked the room, he came to my father 5 to 6 time asking are you having any booking in this hotel from where you came and he was having his mail at mid of having me he came again and again, and when I came, he asked the same question to me, I was in the formal attire please, I don’t think how much guts these people have. They are asking customers that do you have any booking in our hotels. You are having the food and when I was going to my room, he said me mam your bill is 4000. I shown him my booking reference ID the amount I paid and the room I booked the meal have taken means breakfast and lunch then also he was like I will have to check. I have to check, how pathetic people are first of all you are denying my modification of booking because of you guys, I have to check out my hotel immediately. You know from where I was travelling. I came from Uttar Pradesh to Mumbai to just give an interview and I booked this hotel and I because I missed the flight because of over rushed in Delhi. I requested the reservation counter, I requested the Counter to change my details. Your reservation guy has given me assurance that mam will not show this, but we have done it manually in our system. I have updated that you are coming here for the next day, but in the morning they did all drama and I have to be in the hotel for seven and eight because it was my interview and for this people, I can’t waste my interview time, so I request you to do and enquiry on this matter that why they have given me insurance, why these people called me me from Delhi to Mumbai Mumbai, and how they can give me fake assurance. This is pathetic. This is terrible. I will never ever in my life going to book your hotel. I will not suggest this hotel to anyone. I will not leave you guys like that. You have to take some action on it, either, you refund some amount, or you do what you want. You better take some steps and do enquiry because I am really upset upset by the behaviour of your staff, my parents has to suffer because of you guys we were having booking eight and nine. After the modification I have given amount to your one reservation guy. The early checking amount 3000 something plus tax so it was 3900 he has taken that amount on cash because I was sure I don’t want a matter after that now that’s why he didn’t accept payment. So these guys are very clever. They have taken approx ₹4000 from me on the modification of the hotel, but at last, I didn’t get anything. I request you to please do enquiry. I am very very disappointed by your hotel by your staff.

had the worst possible stay took them 40 mins to get a dental kit, i had to leave for airport without brushing my teeth requested for early check in but had to wait service very slow

A big brand comes with big expectations on basic service. Room, food, ambience were superb. What needs work is the staff outside the gates - valet & security. They are limited, no one to open boom barrier for my car, had to hunt for a valet, and ill-talking security at main entrance made my entry and exit a super bad experience.
