It was a good stay. We did a lat minute booking and we wanted it close to the airport. We got a good deal on makemytrip. Our purposes were addressed

The hotel is average and basic with bathroom mirrors being stained the wood furniture fittings were worn out and on our last night we experienced cockroach in everywhere in room this was disgusting we asked to change our room and the reception abruptly explained he can’t do anything about it and they do not have rooms available after an argument finally a new room was allocated wouldn’t want to recommend nor return back to this hotel it does not fit the basic criteria of cleanness and hotel service its below average hotel status

Overpriced, looks like a 1star hotel. No one should pay high price for this type of hotels. Breakfast very limited menu and not at all satisfied

Perfect hotel for the overnight stay. Great room, clean place in a busy area. Hot water all day long. No complaints.

It was a terrible stay. Staff are rude. Bathroom was not clean. Mostly staying here is a major security threat to a guest. Hotel person have opened my room without my permission or consent when i was outside.

Good points: nice connectivity, open 24x7, helpful staff bad: lots of rules & regulations including what you can & cannot do, no drinking in room, etc. Makes you feel like a hostel stay. Bathrooms could be improved. Narrow passages.

Nearest metro station is dn nagar, room service n food is really best

Hotel location is well located near metro blue n yellow line covers half of the mumbai city. Rooms are maintained very well n food is really best in mumbai. We never had dinner outside during our 5 days stay because we really like the food of ariana n we covered almost half of the menu during our stay.

i had a wonderful stay at ariana residency, conveniently located near dn nagar metro station. the hotel offers excellent customer service, always just a call away, ensuring a hassle-free experience. my room was spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with all the essential amenities—no need to keep asking for anything extra. while there's no parking facility, the comfort and convenience inside more than make up for it. although i found the chicken biryani a bit under-seasoned, i ordered from zomato, which worked out fine. overall, a clean, comfortable stay with friendly staff. highly recommended!

Room was looking good but new painting smell was coming and there were cockroaches and bed bugs and mosquitoes in the room and after telling them still they didnt take any action to help us to resolve the issue.

Hotel was clean, good service location was nearest to our program location. Rooms were big. Toilets are clean. Hot water was not available. But otherwise it’s ok. Staff was cooperative.

It was a pleasant stay, very conveniently located. Food was very average, service at the rooftop restaurant was very slow. As it was a short stay, couldn’t check on the other amenities and services.

Ariana, very bad experience upon arrival, i was instructed like a teacher instruct to a student that, u r not allowed smoking, not allowed drinking, u can not have any visitor. I said ok when found no option, i was tired otherwise i would have canceled such hotel. There was no parking even for two wheeler. Overall not good for stay.
