The picture posted are absolutely misleading. The place is untidy and a dormitory accommodation was only available. The toilets were literally stinking. Not worth another trip.

Pathetic hotel

They denied early check in @ 8:30 am. Rooms were available but they want to charge 2000 rs exta. Room condition was average. No ventilation at all. Ac was not working. Whenever you start ac, water was coming out in room. Completely unhygienic mattresses. Just one & only positive point was its nearby local railway station. All n all i never recommend this hotel to anyone.

It is good in terms of cleanliness but don't expect it to be a hotel. They expect you to remove slippers before entering the room. It is a double bunk bed room with 8 people sharing the same room. Overall it is good if you just want to stay for 1 or 2 days.

Its an excellent place to stay. Adjacent to kandivali station from where you can go anywhere in mumbai by local trains. Cleanliness and behaviour of staff is very good.

Even for a solo traveler, given its per day rate, avirahi is a luxury. When i entered, i was welcomed with a smile. Formalities were swept quickly & i got my bed. The environment was peaceful & hygiene was top-notch. A little congested i would suggest, but is still a desirable place to spend your couple of days. It is at the throwaway distance from kandivali station in the west. The market is just round the corner & you can buy anything & everything there. A couple of decent bars are around and a posh restaurant is just by the building. From mumbai's standards, the rate may not be high, but given the fact that i have stayed in the dormitory in so many cities, i found it a little expensive.

The place is at a prime location. It's just nearby kandivali railway station. There are lots of good restaurants in the vicinity. Dormitory was clean, and service was also great. There are about 6 beds in one room of the dormitory and 2 washrooms. The service provided was also good. Overall it was a good place to crash for the night.

Its very convenient as the location is close to the station. Good food restaurants near by. Dormitory(bunk bed) bedsheet and bathroom were clean. Upfront drinking water and soap shampoo availability would be good. We had to ask for them. Thanks. Would visit again.

I booked a single room through mmt but after reaching the property i was provided with dormitory bed and ac was not at all working it was a terrible experience

It is a very neat and well maintained hotel situated right next to kandivali west railway station and has all amenities, staff are super friendly and kind and are always at your service, would highly recommend this place
