The hotel is located in market area. Hind mata shopping area is very close. The hotel rooms are near and clean and staff service is prompt.

The hotel is being renovated, and they have given us a room which was foul smelling. On repeated requests, they changed the room. The process of checking in was also not proper and we had to wait for about 30min at the counter before we could check in

Worst hotel on this planet. Rooms are dingy, locality is filthy, staff is rude and prices are steep. There are much better choices available in and around the area. Absolutely a waste of money. Toilets are also very tiny. The whole hotel looks like a run down place.

My stay at Avon Ruby was nothing short of a nightmare. The behavior of the staff, particularly the receptionist named Khan and some senior personnel, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. They have a blatant disregard for customer service and basic decency. During my two-day stay, the first night we booked two rooms for four people, which was fine. However, on the second day, due to having a patient in a nearby hospital, we decided to take just one room for two people and have the other two visit the patient as needed. Shockingly, the staff denied this request and insisted on charging us for four people in a single room for 24 hours, despite the fact that only two were staying overnight. To make matters worse, they refused to provide additional mattresses, despite repeated requests. The way the staff treated us was appalling—they were hostile, unaccommodating, and completely lacked empathy. They seem more interested in extracting money from guests than providing a decent service. I am seriously considering filing a complaint with the consumer forums due to this outrageous behavior. I strongly advise anyone visiting Dadar to avoid staying at Avon Ruby. The hassle and disrespect are simply not worth it.

Location & food was great. The only concern was the room size. Paying 6000 and against that room was very very small. Rest worth staying!

Overall stay was not okay, worst part was bed sanitation as i’ve noticed there were bed bugs, service was good - no hot water - no response for an extra checkout time as i was charged with a complete day for an 2 hour delay

Hotel was very nice with clean rooms. Staff were good n helpful & the location was just perfect for me, close to railway station. Overall stay was comfortable n satisfactory.

Property location is perfect, adjoining to dadar station. Breakfast is not acceptable as only 3-4 items in name of buffe. Rooms are too small and not maintained, even toilet seat was broken. Staff is not cooperative, specially room service staff. Rest for only spending night and take advantage of location, then its good.
