1)room dirty, messy and fowl smell 2) bed sheets dirty and bad smell 3) toilets dirty and bad smell 4) cockroaches and other insects roaming around 5) no lift services 6) no hospitality services from the hotel side 7) over all terrible experience

Improper maintenance. Broken ac without remote, broken chair, no hangers, torn bed sheet, very old fittings. Poor room service. Food of poor taste and quality, no morning tea, cold and insufficient breakfast with cold tea( breakfast is included in rent)

Very bad hotel, ac not good, room not clean, bed non hygiene, toilet is very poor condition, they are not offer breakfast, why you are choose n this third class hotel, staff beabihavour is very rough. You have taken the money for breakfast from me, i did not get the breakfast, let me return that money, otherwise i will share it on social media, and it is surprising to think that such 420 hotels are associated with you. Your service is gone please stop this scamming business as soon as possible.

Staying hotel was very bad. Coutch was broken & after repeating telling also not got changed. Big cockroach was in room. Bathroom no hot water was available. Toilet sheet was borken. Water was not coming in tap. I did not get for 2 nights as coutch was broken and making noise in night.

Hotel staff was ok, but rooms were not so clean, bathroom was not upto mark, at this price hotel was not just ok.

Condoms in commode

There were used protections in the commode; when asked for this to be cleaned they said will be done next day when sweeper comes; i asked give me another room and they declined. I checked out right away & booked another property as this is totally unhygienic place to ever stay. Seems to be shady now!

The hotel was in a pathetic condition. Room and bathroom was not clean. Electrical fittings were broken. The restaurant was not operated. Since breakfast was included in the fare we had to pressurize them to serve it. After much coaxing they served tea and food sourced from nearby street vendors which was unhygienic and could not be eaten. We had to check out and had breakfast at other restaurant. Mmt should not include such properties in their app. Based on our stay and experience we deserve a full refund from mmt. We are escalating this matter.

Morning. Very much frustrated for this booking. Had booked through mmt app on 22/02/2023. Had checked on 23/02/2023 on early morning. Hotel cleanliness and ambience not at all good. The same thing on conveyed to your customer care team on 23/02/2023 morning around 12 am. Your team said this is the non refundable booking. So i am not able to cancel. First of all we are trusting make my trip, now the trust was gone. Before tie up the hotel your team have to check all the things. Because your carelessness, i am suffered for the last 3 days. Hotel must be having the intercom, but it is not there, hot water not there, mosquitoes and insects inside the room, there is no cleanliness in the room, water is not coming properly, damaged wiring, ac not having the remote and fan is not working properly. All those things i had paid for 3 days some around 11000. This is not at all expected from your company. Because of this i am not use make my trip.

A complimentary breakfast for the rates charged would be nice. And an intercom would be preferable rather than making a call. Otherwise the service was good, folks were nice. Well located. On a solo trip i would go again.

the hotel was smelling so bad that it was suffocating. rooms were smelling bad. washroom were not clean. it was one of the worst experience i had. the buckets kept in washroom were so dirty and most of the parts in washroom were broken. the bedsheets were not clean. what to say more. one part was staff was good and courteous. actually the building structure is closed one. hence it was smelling however they should spray air freshen etc time to time
