Good rooms. Property location is near to jio convention centre. But surrounding area of hotel is not clean. Lift facility is not in proper condition.

The rooms were above avg. Good clean restroom. Closer to us embassy. However, the locality / neighbourhood is pathetic.

Location is very bad. It is substandard. No electric kettle in the room, no restaurant ( they deliver in room from outside maybe, lift not working. Did not get any bill from them

Room type not guaranteed - cheaper rooms given than what you book

We booked bk c grand for visa work and stayed here. Room given was different & cheaper one from the one we booked. Did not even refund the balance amount or have courtesy to give free breakfast. Only benefit is that it is closeby. Would strongly recommend exploring less expensive option a little furtjer away as extra 10-15 mins distance to consulate does not make real difference.

The property was okay. Amenities and service were average. The ac was not up to the mark on its performance. The tv was on non operational mode, they were like we are getting it recharged, which never happened. ) any how good luck.
