Horrible facilities and terrible service, everything was dirty and the room was smelly. The water in the bathroom had no pressure at all. Please avoid this place.

Room, bed, and bathroom are clean. Staff very nice. Only negative is it located next to a big drain behind. Very steep stairs difficult for elderly

The hotel was not at all similar to what was shown in the photographs. The rooms were dampy, small and uncomfortable. Also the neighborhood was very terrible and no place nearby to have dinner or breakfast. The menu of the hotel was limited and the staff seemed friendly, but not cooperative. Overall a bad experience and will not again book the hotel

Hotel location was very bad. Rooms are too small as showed and compared to the pictures online. Very pathetic and bad experience i ever had. I had to book another hotel early in the morning. I will never refer this hotel to anyone.

It was amazing experience. My family loved the ambience and feels luxury. View was great from our room and very clean. Events happening at the center of the hotel was icing on cake. We would definitely come back here.

Hotel was not accessible by car or by walk to travel. Under constructed area. No electricity in hotel. Parking was not there had to park car 3 kms far away. relocated to nearby hotel in the mid night around 2am when i checked in….

The location is situated in a less desirable area, which might not be suitable for families. We didn't try the hotel's food service. Apart from that, our stay was satisfactory.
