Very bad hotel, not up to the mark rooms are not clean washrooms are dirty, food was okay the condition of room and washroom is very poor location wise good.

Family room were bit small, they were not able to provide two extra beds in the room, there was no space. We booked mp plan but at 11pm the receptionist said restaurant is closed, however on request they provided sandwiches only, we waited for a hour atleast for the meal

The location of hotel cliff-ton was truly one of its biggest highlights. Its proximity to both be c and t1 airport made my travels incredibly convenient, saving me a lot of time and hassle. My room was neat and well-maintained, providing a comfortable space to relax after a long day. While the breakfast and dinner menus were somewhat limited, the food itself was quite tasty.

Worst experience till now room not cleaned properly and after complaining still nobody cares if it is cleaned or not ac unit is having water drainage problem my luggage is all wet wash room door lock is not working

Actually room was nice but from the floor water logging come out even from windows also water coming i felt down on floor twice on the floor because of slippery floor rest food was good but room which i was expecting was really disappointing even room was to small before i had good experience with clifton but now this time i got very bad experience u can’t even walk on floor due to wet n slippery floor it’s very unfair rest staff are nice i hope they provided me a different room

The management is worst! never ever gonna book it from them. They should improve it. They made us wait in the lobby for more than 30-35mins, even after saying that we are in a rush, our meeting got cancelled. And unfortunately we had to checkout from the hotel.

The location is just next to local train station, so if u r planning to travel by local then its great. The rooms were nice and comfortable, a bit small in size. Overall was a good experience.

It’s not a 4 star hotel as all the services are below average when compared to a decent 3 star hotel. Don’t go on the photos as they are deceiving. Connectivity is good as jogeshwari station is behind the hotel.
