No parking available, no toiletries or even handwash was there in bathroom. Had to pay extra to park on road.

The area is not good. The bathroom was not cleaned also it has leakage. They allowed us early check in as we were going to check out early. We asked them to give breakfast at the checkin which was included in the stay, but first they refused that they can give next day during checkout only. Later they gave us breakfast but asked for charges. Overall it was okay type of stay.

Breakfast timing starts from 9:30 onwards, even tea is also not available the room is too small for 3 people to accommodate, many bedbugs are found around the beds

I booked for 3 adult room but when reached hotal person asked for extra money for extra bed/. When I called it told number doesn't exist.No room service 😔. We had to bring drinking water for self.provided small room on in place of deluxe room..

Everage room facility. Foof offered but it was not good. Fan/ac working everage. No drinking water service. No mineral water.

It only looks good on the outside. No beakfast included because there is no canteen, only a filthy kitchen for their staffs. Very poor services, inf-act no services by the room attendants at all. Tv doesnt work in any of their rooms. We asked to change the bedsheet, which they refused to do. Pols pols do not book or encourage such hotels. As a customer u will be the one to suffer.

The room was very small and they are not providing water and toiletries. And ac is not working properly (old one)and check out time is 10 am normally it will be 11. Not available. 2

I didn't even stay. They denied. Ok. I book it with an offer but the hotel denied my stay. Very bad experience i need my refund and i have book another hotel at different timings and in the refund for a dettol so very bad experience with makemytrip i'm really sorry to say

The hotel staffs were very rude i've booked a double bed deluxe room but they gave me single bed with a extra bed on the floor. I don't have photos. But you can confirm to hotel management

Hi Team, I would like to bring to your notice that the Gemini Hotel which I was stayed in Mumbai. 1. I have booked the hotel room The movement I reached there they confirmed me, There is no rooms available. 3. I called to the customer care and I informed the same. 4. The Gemini hotel receptionist ask me to pay more thousand rupees if I want a room I have clearly inform him. I have already booked a room He told me, we will not accept again, I have paid and he gave me the room

Rooms are too small. Waiters try to earn money for bottle of water which are supposed to be free. No electric kettle provided. No lift in the hotel

I book hotel room for my father deluxe double bed with ac. He is senior citizen and travel alone. But this hotel staff provide my father small room with signal bed. So i am very disappointed for this hotel.
