Worst hotel i have seen. Hotel photos looks new but in actually furniture was to old & bad smelly, with bed bugs. Mid night found some thing biting me, after lights on found 4 to 5 bedbugs below pillow, on wall 7 to 8 bed bugs. Because of this not sleep well. Inside rooms foot wear not provided. Charge for buffet breakfast but in actually only one item idly s amber & tea available. hotel not even to pay more than rs 1250

Most terrible experience, with gokul anand hotel & make my trip, please as them to reduce price as per their attitude & arrogance, room quality not good as per their prices i have complained about their rules not written about visitors for meeting to mm t but you guys also failed to clear that, after all i have to stay, coz have paid the amount and you guys not even cancel-ling stay.

It's booked by make my trip it's not proper to stay, it's good for luggage storage. Restaurant was very expensive hotel management provide 1 time water (small 2 bottle) only, if u want more than it would be charged. Not proper for family stay

Lift was not working, the reception person didn't answer properly. Morning while check out room boy was not available to carry my luckage from 3rd floor to ground floor. Hospitality was not good

Overall experience was average. Room was good and clean, though quite old and needs improvement. Floor was quite sticky and bathroom floor was quite slippery. Air conditioner was quite old, was making noise. Though all out mosquito repellent was available in the room but actually bottle was empty hence no useful. Parking is on the road infront of hotel and in night they take inside

Not worth for the price. Staff is not polite, other than 1-2 people. Food quality is good. How ever complimentary breakfast only serves you 1idli, wada and tea or dosa and tea.

It was nice stay. The property is centrally located and well connected to move in any direction. . I have been staying in this property for the last six years and enjoyed the stay. You have good staff to attend to your needs. The rooms are clean and well maintained.

Hotel is good. Service is proper. One issue, i was on official tour. U mentioned to pick up invoice while checking out. They said they can not issue invoice and to be arranged from mmt. Kindly look in to and revert.

My 85-year-old mother and i visited mumbai to attend my master's annual spiritual program at mira road from january 5th to january 7th, 2024. I'd like to share my experience with the hotel during our stay. On the evening of january 6th, around 6:15, my close friend, who is like a brother to me, came to visit us at the hotel. However, the hotel reception promptly denied him permission to come up to our room, citing a rule that prohibits visitors. It would be more appropriate if such rules were clearly communicated during the reservation process. Since my friend couldn't join us in the room, we opted to spend time in the hotel restaurant from 6:15 pm until around 10 pm. We ordered dinner, incurring a bill of approximately rs 1200. Additionally, we ordered desserts amounting to rs 300 and coffee worth rs 100 during our restaurant stay. At around 9 pm, when we requested water, the waiter responded rudely, stating that we couldn't sit in the restaurant for four hours. Moreover, the waiter suggested that we should tip rs 50 to rs 100, almost demanding a tip. Despite the spiritual nature of our trip, i chose not to escalate the situation and ignored the incidents. However, i would not recommend this hotel for a family stay due to these experiences.
