when we actually visit the room was totally different. But we're not in the position to change the hotel because of not enough time & other work so we need to compromise. The lock of the bathroom was broken and one the the bathroom only got locked from inside so they the directly braked the lock really not worth it

Worst hotel ever.. nothing was cleaned.. cob webs dust collected in every corner, smell of damp and the amount of mosquitos.. worst experience of my life.. the photos are fake or old.. even the ac unit wasn’t working properly

Had to ask for everything including towel, soap, drinking water, breakfast, room freshner, etc managed because it was a solo travel and only a night stay.

We stayed here 2 nights with family. Staff behaved too politely and helpful one suggestion there is thousands of mosquitoes in ground floor and in our room also although we have managed too. Do something on that so everyone enjoys their stay at your hotel like home.

Bed was comfortable. But walls were untidy and ac was broken and attached with tape. Bathroom was too tiny.

no bath towel no bath soap no TV remote no bathroom floor mat room smelling is more no dust bin rating ZERO pls don't recommend any others for this hotel. in toto I had a bitter experience with this hotel of stay.

The staff was good however the rooms need to be clean specially the linen. The location is good. The atmoshpeherr is also good.

This is the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. The pictures are good but the actual room is nowhere close to photos. The room is very small, smelly and fungus on the walls. Bathroom was very dirty as if it hadn't ever been cleaned. There were lots of mosquitos and the hotel didn't even provide mosquito repellent. When i complained to the hotel manager, he wasn't bothered. He said no to everything we requested. He said ye to majboori ke saude hain sahab. Hum kuch nah i karenge. Highly unprofessional attitude.

Wash room has been cleaned at all and full of mosquitoes and water was leaking from the commode. I did even take bath as it looked really horrible very bad rooms everseen and booked through makemytrip trip.

Property is not maintained properly, there are lots of mosquitoes in the room, wash room is not cleaned properly. Staff is non co-operative.

Golden residency hotel is suitable for boys in case they are appearing for interviews at nmims, mumbai. The institute is at 1. 2 km distance from here. The hotel does not provide any food, beverage. So make arrangements on your own.
