The stay the hotel and services was good it’s one of the cleanliest room i have experienced. While the receptionist was very rude she don’t know how to handle customers. She was waiting for a chance to earn from the customers she didn’t even let us talk to the owner on some matter so that she could make money for herself. Overall good hotel but not so good receptionist.

Find out property location is very difficult and presentation of breakfast was not good like mango sake was served through plastics water bottle variety of breakfast also not much, breakfast menu for 7th may focus was on south indian breakfast was another building trace and as per shown in your photo

This property is very close to major sightseeing spots in mumbai and that being the only plus, they were rats inside the ac ducts in the room where we stayed and it was making sounds all night in the upper ceiling, not inside the room ofcourse, it questions the hygienity of place seriously. Food was great for the breakfast. Overall average!

The only best thing about hotel landmark annex e is its location. It is centrally located with major sightseeing places like gateway of india, marine drive, etc. Nearby. The room is fine and the food is good. The buffet breakfast though good quality wise, lacks variety and presentation. It's a small property with constrained spaces, corridors and stairs. Even the reception area is so small that even two guests can't sit there properly. There are no elevators and common spaces. The staff is also not so professional; seems confused at times. Cleanliness is lacking as i spot dust accumulated on lights, fittings and fixtures, we even spotted a small cockroach at night on the bed. Also, there were cobwebs on the window grills. Considering all this, the price of plus/night is totally unreasonable. It is not recommended for family stays. I would prefer to stay in another better property on my future visit to mumbai.

Hotel is ok, rooms are clean but not economical for this price range though. You won't get any mobile network here. And the internet that hotel provides os extremely bad. It would make look even 2g faster. Stay here of you want to get cut off from the world. Breakfast is super good though

The stay at the hotel was very good. There were certain pathetic experience which led me say that this was a good experience instead of excellent. The experience was i had asked for butter and they denied saying we only give butter if you order bread or else we won't provide it. Adding we had asked for some water bottles for which they give us 1l bottles, which were chargeable they didn't even bothered to inform us that 500l is not chargeable and 1l is chargeable. Also, the receptionist person carries a pathetic behavioral issues, i was connecting with him with certain toiletries as they didn't kept the dental kit in the morning and he very rudely disconnected the phone. Also, the hotel is getting renovated so the entrance and everything is full of dust.

It’s an under construction property and had all sorts of dust and sound. Moreover the hotel staff did not provide specific cosmetics (tooth brush; extra soap etc) till i requested them

Room size - very very small the kind of pricing they have for annex e is very high and rooms are not worthy of that pricing. No view room. Looks very shady. Although everyone around us like receptionist, gaurds, room service were very helpful but still hotel looks shady. Food - for breakfast, sometime you will have to walk 150mtrs in a nearby hotel or they will arrange it in terrace. Will rate it 3/5 as very limited option were there and also taste was ok. They allow outside food delivery so that's a good option. They charge around 5000+ inr per night and they should provide experience worth 5000.

Very nice location superb rooms and cleanliness love to stay again
