Okayish its a old hotel staff is sweet and is ready to help but didnt meed the quality vs cost. Mmt charged 2k more i was better off getting directly. Also mm t cost and gst bill received there is amount diff.

The rooms were very ok. Bathroom had a small geyser. Breakfast was negligible.

Location is central but surroundings is slum! food okay, breakfast starts pretty late, if u have something scheduled early u have to leave without it. Rooms are very small and congested.

Without providing breakfast taking break fast charges. No deluxe room available no geyser working to connect somebody landline not working unbeatable torture. I will never book through this app again

The lucky hotel is very iconic and one of a simple kind near hill road area, bandra. Rooms were clean and ok for couple. No views from any of the rooms. There are some rooms in opposite apartments, which are newer and more spacious. The complimentary breakfast was adequate and tasty. The location was ideal, it's very near bandra west railway station and bandra bus stand west. Veg / nonveg many restaurants nearby lucky hotel. Lucky hotel on the way, you easily get the auto rickshaw, taxi, ola uber etc. Ideal to stay only one person or maximum two person in one room
