We have booked our hotel and when we reached there we were told that we will give only 1 room, check in time was 12pm and we dint got our room till 1pm and manager was talking rudely and asked us to cancel the booking, then owner came and sorted out the issues. Rooms were stinking with cigarette smell, curtains were dirty, washrooms were dirty, taps were broken, only shower was working and normal tap was not working. Please never ever visit this hotel

The location was not good. Situated in very narrow market. Cleaning of room was very poor. No worth for the money.

सबसे पहले तो द्वारा जो रूम बुक किया था उसे विपरीत रूम हमें दिया गया हमने 120 स्क्वायर फीट का रूम बुक किया था जोशी फेस है ऐसा बताया था लेकिन उनके वहां एक भी रूम see face नहीं है और 80 स्क्वायर फीट का रूम हमें दिया गया जिसमें ना तो टीवी था चेयर थी ना टेबल था ना ketal थी कुछ भी नहीं था रूम भी बहुत छोटा था एरिया भी बहुत कन्जेस्टेड था

It's totally worst. And they didn't given any room service. Small room. They don't have any restaurant service. And when i booked room. i select for complementary breakfast. They are not ready to given any breakfast. To customer. . I don't edit customer details before check out. Worst service

As per mmt there are lots of water and soaps, but they are not available. I have booked a premium room but allot me a standards room and bathroom is too bad and shower is not working. After my complaint they shifted to another room. , there are wardrobes and also damaged. It's totally a waste of money trip.

Oh man this hotel should not be on this platform. Taxi doesn't go there, the area is fully blocked by people who look like killers. It's not safe for anyone (be it men or women - mark my words. ) even if they give you a free accommodation, don't take this hotel. You might lose you life. I have never seen an area like that and never been to a hotel like this ever in my whole life.

I booked king bed premium room and i get in hotel small bed small room ac not working tv not working no specius in room no neet ness and i cheek out in 5 hours i changi my hotel

Very very bad experience, rooms were not really clean, staffs were behavior was very bad, when i book my room it shows complementary breakfast but when i reached there they were not provide any breakfast i asked for but they didn't. And the main thing is transportation from hotel is not available in front of hotel from main road we have walk to the hotel with our bags
