Terrible hotel

There is a too much dampness in the entire hotel. No window or cross ventilation. Cockroaches in the bed and bathroom. No cleanliness.

The hotel was located near international airport. It was near was located near a main road. Cabs and other transports are easily accessible. It is near a metro station. Hotel is quite clean and well maintained. Food quality is good. Hotel staffs are well behaved and amicable. Powai lake is nearby. Overall experience is very good. Cost is reasonable.

Need improved services

I used to stay at this property since last 4 years on regular basis. It is convenient location for me. But recently observed some services related problems like non working or non maintenance of room i. E. Tv, remotes, kettle are always in not working or bad conditions, sinking smell in rooms, uncleanliness of bedsheets n towel’s, delaying room services etc. This is need to be improved and maintained.

Rooms are very small and congested ; the best of the rooms do not have a single window ; better to order food from outside since hotel do not have adequate setup of kitchen and dining area ; staff is nice ; cleanliness is good ; location advantage is there ;

Very nice support staff granted early check in very hygiene and clean good food one tip - just add a small fan in each bunk bed in the economy class room as sometime it get suffocating

There were cockroaches coming out from under the bed end number of misquotes, and there was noise from top of the ceiling which was never ending when complained we were told there is a gap in d ceiling and there was a rats in the gap so nothing could be done it was a disappointment and in-fact a very smelly room

The room was spacious enough for this price and the washroom was hygienic. But theres a huge step to enter into the washroom which might be very difficult for elderly people to enter. The breakfast was decent and the staff are very cooperative
