Overall experience was good. Location is nice near mumbai central railway station. Food quality was average doesn't have many amenities 1st floor have excellent rooms but not available on mmt.

Room size is pathetic in terms of price also expensive compared to room

Room in the description mentioned as 80 sq-ft however it will be around 35 sq ft. Size is too small. Please refund

Very good and not cooperative with us so i never will go and leave it on palace rooms are not particularly as per even in hotel washroom separated from room one of the poor condition hotel i suggest nobody should go there. Use very embarrassing. After booking the hotel booking through make my trip i lost my booking money of 2180- and after reaching hotel not explained about hotel room and policy. I paid 2500- in total i paid 2500+2180 = 4680- i lost without staying in hotel. After going room i was lost. Immeditely i checked out without getting single penny from hotel authorities. I suggest this kind of hotel should be banned immediately. Thanks and regards.

Really pathetic. It’s like living inside a matchbox. Room size was 10*5m. I am 5 foot 7’ and still the bed was small for me. No attached bath in the room. Imagine paying 2000+ for the room and having to use a shared bathroom like in a dormitory. Don’t go by the misleading photos. Do yourself a favour and don’t book rooms here.

As a solo traveller i had reserved a single room with a/c. The room was quite compact in size and there was no chair or cupboard bcoz if there had been one, movement would be highly restricted within the room. Cleanliness was quite adequate. However there were mosquitoes at night, hence i had to request for goodnight (liquid mosquitoes repellent) from reception. Hygiene was well maintained in toilet/bathrooms. Last but not least, the support staff were extremely kind & cooperative.

Size of bed is smaller than the berth of a train. And the hotel is not suitable for single ladies. has been of no support. Chose the hotel after looking at pics. The exterior is like the pictures but the interiors are not suitable for a lady. made me pay up for all 3 days whereas i refused to stay even one day because i felt unsafe. No one at the hotel helped me to refund the money, had not answered the telephone, nor does refund the money i've paid. My only hope is that suchismita had offered to call back to find out if the accommodation was to my liking. Unfortunately it was not. I would like the hotel to please refund me in full. The advertising was very wrong, with incorrect pictures.
