Ambience is too good, gives good vibes. 4th floor has a garden like sitting area on the floor prefer that floor staff is polite and understanding

One of the guest got burnt with the kettle asked for ice to be put on the burnt area but ice never turned up even after repeated reminder then just poured water. Breakfast spread was good.

It was just lovely. Rooms are bit small, but the food is just amazing. We attended a wedding function. The hospitality and the staff are really great.

Last time i stayed they gave a smoking room and now i booked for 3 nights and come to know they don’t have smoking room in the hotel at all. For the price it’s an average or poor experience. No tables in the morning for breakfast.

Room was not worth the price paid. Broken table, broken chair, blocked shower, dirty tea tray dirty towels, no slippers even to one customer water bottle was provide from the dustbin

Booked a twin bed room, they gave a small single queen size bed without any prior notice. Also bathroom shower was dirty.

Rooms are not at all how it is shown. it's more looking like a room worth rs 500-1000 per night. Very bad experience. We hardly spent 30 mins there ans we left.we need a refund.

Fantastic customer service. Hotel is clean and neat. I also got an upgrade on my booking. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was decent and the spread was good enough. I would recommend this hotel at this price. Value for money

The experience was good. The rooms were clean but the bedsheets could have been cleaner. Room service was helpful but in the midnight the landline connection was lost and we did not get a wake up call due to which we missed our breakfast and we were not informed about the breakfast timings as well.

Hotel location is good, rooms are clean but tv internet doesn't work no android or google tv you can watch only set top box channel which is surprising other things are okay
