We spent a night here and have really no complaints. Clean rooms, good breakfast, good service, room service at decent rates, close to all major highlights of colaba.

The stay was an average experience. It was not at all worth the amount paid by me. In my opinion it was not a good hospitality. They should work on to being proactive and provide necessities before providing keys to the room. The reception area did stink.

Hotel is very dirty, surrounding is very dirty due to fish market and whole area smells and even hotels rooma are damp and the room freshener they use is of worst quality.

Rooms are very very small. Corridor and common areas are not clean. In this price lot of 3-4 stars hotels available and go for that.

They have taken charge for gst bill. I told there are no charges. Yet they deducted amount from my remitted amount

I got a booking on phone. Very good service. Neat and clean. Food is also very good. Staff is cooperative location is near main road.

Unfortunately, my recent stay at this hotel was far from satisfactory. Despite repeated requests, towels were not provided in a timely manner, leaving me feeling inconvenienced and frustrated. Additionally, the staff displayed stubborn behavior and seemed indifferent to addressing my concerns. It's disappointing to see such a lack of attention to customer care. I would not recommend this hotel to others"

There are some issues like. Breakfast timing starts at 8 am and i have to leave by 7 so left without breakfast. If u ask for bisleri water, charges to be paid for even single bottle. Dental kit, comb etc not provided.

Location is spot on. Food was reasonable. Amenities and services leave room for enhancement. Maintenance also could be slightly better

Small rooms but having all amenities!!location is great whether you are travelling for sightseeing or work every thing within 2 km!!Breakfast was not that good very limited options 😔

Rooms were too small, roof height was very less. They didn't provide a water bottle in the room. Very limited options are available in breakfast.
