I would like to say about my experience that i enjoyed all kinds of facilities in the hotel. First of all i was welcomed by the security guard by saying namaskar and proper security check was done, which i found very good. After that mr grin kohl i who is the front office manager welcomed me and the welcome was wonderful. He tried to provide me all the facilities by providing me a room as per my requirements and for my facilities. The food in the restaurant was also very excellent. Amazing food was served by chef yogesh and chef omkar. The staff of the restaurant was also very helpful, smiling with everyone. I was served food in a very good manner, i too was served food with good spirit in every way, due to which my joy became double, i thank all the hotel staff from the bottom of my heart and i thank them a lot for their immense service.

Location is good juhu. On the internet looks big property, however it's a boutique hotel. Food court / lounge is good and variety is also good with a nice hospitality. However rooms are just average and the interiors are not done to hyatt standard.

Fantastic location, very good service and food. Good pricing. Very friendly staff and the chef would do anything you ask for. Good south indian breakfast, recommend for families and singles alike

The stay and service were pleasant, but they have policy of no guests past 11. Although they did make an exception but kept calling to check if they can leave felt weird and out of place to ask them to leave. Rest food and room were good and spacious for suites on this side of the town

This property is different i felt, in good way i mean. I liked the room very much. The food was excellent. They did few not observed normally things. The staff is the best asset they have. And the location is best. But overall, id definitely-prefer this propery over others of i hv to stay in that area. I thank them for the great hospitality

The location was v good right opposite the beach via a small lane. The rear of the property overlooks the old airport which gives a nice uninterrupted long distance view. The rooftop pool area is nice for sunset. Breakfast was v good and they accommodated me even when i came late. The room was good size and had plenty of light.

Nice room, courteous staff, there's no beach view from the room though - that was a little disappointing. We could only see the beach from the roof where the pool was. Overall, a really good stay!

Everything was good except the mosquitoes in the room. Staff was very nice. Location was good as it is near juhu beach.

Hotel doesn’t have a smoking room being a 5 star hotel. It shouldn’t be fallen in that category. Pathetic experience

Excellent experience. Nice room, central air conditioning, nice sea view from top of hotel, nice behavior from staff.
