The room was road side and the whole night disturbing traffic noice intercom was remained out of order insplteof repeatedly complained one side ac was not working

The rooms are cosy and comfortable with a premium feel. Just that ensuring adding dental kits would help. Also only thing that could have been better is having an in house kitchen.

It was a pleasant stay and was matching my budget. All Staff members are super helpful. They have common area where checkin/checkout is done plus water dispenser are there and you can order your breakfast as well. It’s well maintained and you multiple sofas and good space is there for doing office work. Two Ac’s were working in my dorm bed was neat and clean. Lockers are provided free of cost. Luggage you can keep near to your bed or in common area.Overall I will give 5 star rating to this😊

I reached there at 9:30 pm after traveling so long. They allotted me 1 bed which was occupied already. I asked them to allot another one which too was occupied. Then i asked them to do arrangement for me they took almost an hour to allot me a bed in the dorm when i was tired and needed rest. Frustrated with the service. Didn't care to apologise for it.

Indie stays while designed well is not a place which is getting proper maintenance. The bathroom seat was broken, the room cleaning doesn't happen on time, the lift shakes like crazy, there is food lying in the corridors for long, otherwise the breakfast was ok, the egg chef was the highlight though. I'd give this a 6/10 since i believe this place can do really well with better maintenance

What i appreciated the most was that the stay was clean and hygienic. Their 24/7 assistance was most appreciated since we came back to the room at around 11 30 and they were available at the reception to bill our food purchases. Would definitely stay here every-time i visit mumbai in the near future.

Good experience. Deal and services provided was great. Staff is very polite and courteous. Rooms very neat and clean and one of the best experience. If you are alone then go for dormitory. Us consulate is around 1. 5 to 2 km 8 min by cab or auto. Overall stay experience was good.

I had never stayed in dorm before so for me it was a different experience. I can understand it’s difficult to keep it absolutely clean, but yeah that’s what you can get in 2k in santacruz

I found it to be a very good and clean hotel. The reception area and the rooms are very clean and hygienic. The only issue i faced was very slow wifi internet service.

Overall good but some minor things were unacceptable from a 3 star hote

The stay was good but there were some minor issues: 1. There was a rat in my room for 3 days! 2. There were many mosquitos in my room and other dorms also which were very annoying and affected my sleep very much. 3. Whenever someone took a bath in the common bathrooms the water came outside and the whole floor of the bathroom was soaking wet!

Was a great experience, could have been better. There can to be a 24 hour kitchen. The bed was good however the room was smelly, when we entered it.

We had a great stay! the hotel is in an important area. The interior was very clean. The bathroom and toilets are clean too. They provide toiletries. The ac was working properly. They provide tea bags and a kettle with powdered milk. The hotel also has a restaurant on the first floor with a 24/7 functioning kiosk with an operator. I had instant noodles there, and the attendant graciously made the noodles for me at 2 am/3am. Shubham was a great help there.
