Big disappointment

Poor Stay

It was a very rushed and hassled trip. Didn't make any sense to spend so much money because the staff were rude and hassled all the time. Kept calling at 12 pm for check out when the room was not even given to us at 4. 30 pm in the evening

Know about itc maratha from corporate events. Rooms are good. How ever special request for wedding first night was not taken care. Overall experience was good and could be rated 4/5.

Completely disappointed for the first time with itc

No proper arrangement done and none responded properly for food and as an extra room is filled with mosquitoes. Being a corporate customer for itc it's disappointing and gave me a complete unhappy experience.

Staycation experience

The property was good, however, the dinner buffet was not big enough and the food tasted average. Breakfast tasted good though. I am pregnant but was not attended well and was seated far off from the buffet counter. I had gone for a staycation and expected more warm welcome and hospitality from such a brand. Additionally we had booked a room with garden/pool view, but we werent given either. When requested for the same we were told that they were completely booked and had just one garden view room but the rest room was smaller to the one we were accommodated in. Overall 3. 5/5 experience.

My recent stay at the itc maratha was an absolute delight. From the moment i stepped into the opulent lobby, i was enveloped in an atmosphere of luxury and refinement. The staff's impeccable service and warm hospitality made me feel truly special. The room was a haven of comfort, meticulously designed with every detail considered. The plush bedding, state-of-the-art amenities, and breathtaking city views created a truly indulgent experience. The in-room dining was exceptional, with a wide array of delectable dishes delivered promptly and beautifully presented. The hotel's dining options were equally impressive. Each restaurant offered a unique culinary journey, with flavors that tantalized the taste buds. "a much needed refreshing experience" staying close to home but treating it like a vacation was exactly what we needed. We found a lovely place like itc maratha. It was very comfortable and a relaxing way to disconnect and refresh. Highly recommend!

Location just a km away from the international airport. Avoid traffic completely. Food excellent spread on the buffet. Enjoyed the happy hours service. Ambience is so beautiful. Looks-like the tower rooms are newly renovated. Hotel lobbies are shinning. Will rate excellent on service levels and cleanliness. Staff is very courteous. We loved our stay so now on our way from london to mumbai we have booked ourselves once again only to once again feel the same rejuvenating excellent experience.
