Hotel room was good. But some basic things were missing such as power sockets. There was just one socket beside the bed. Lobby was stinky with very bad smell. Smoking room was allotted to me and i am non smoker. Restaurant food was good but high prices. Staff was good though

Location and foid is good, but service is poor you have to keep your luggage by your own to the room while check-in, also if you loss the key that will be charged inspite of you spent rs 20000 not cooperate at all

We booked two rooms. One was exceptional the other was decent. Room cleanliness and service was top notch. Yes, the age of the building is sometimes visible for example in finer details in the bathroom and near the switch boards, but the service overcomes all of it. Breakfast buffet can be better both in taste and better handling of fried items

The hotel is located close to airport and while all other websites were showing sold out, i could book through makemytrip. Food is good and the rooms are beautifully kept with all necessary amenities.

Ok experience at kohinoor continental

I have been regular visitor to this hotel especially during the exhibition days due to vicinity to bec however it’s not full value to money experience service on room or in solitaire is too slow you have to remind multiple times for anything asked for, rooms in tower 2 are too small

They have some strange policies regarding meeting visitors in room. Even if you have visitors and visitors are ready to submit their ids and ready to fill in and out log, still they have issue with it. Further after taking (1500 inr + taxes) as so called registration fee, they allow visitors. Specially for meeting someone in business or family it’s highly inappropriate policies, yes i do agree that proper identification of visitor should be there, logs should be their, visitors should not stay back in room but it should not be like that one can not even have a cup of tea together.

My experience at the hotel went from ok to good in the three days that i stayed there. Reception staff is casual, rooms are ok. In room dining finds it difficult to follow simple dietary instructions. Buffet breakfast is good with a diverse range of options, plus there is good music. Agnel is very helpful and prompt in his service.

I am staying in kohinoor mumbai last night. So there is a some name issue in my booking. My daughter is not well and i requested at reception that please provide me a room and we will clear all the requirements but at reception staff name is zishan alam is denied for this and his behavior is totally rude. So please look into this otherwise we will take another step.
