Hotel are too much strict for checkout & all or else they ask for money of late checkout till 12 pm also so poor hotel they only need money they are not customer friendly

Hotel staff was polite. Room was very good and amenities provided was very good. Also my room at high floor so outside look is so pleasant in the morning. Hotel food was delicious specially breakfast in the morning was very good.

The hotel didnt have proper staff to guide to the room either. At the time of checkout, the staff refused for the invoice mentioning that bookings dont get invoice. Was ill treated

The bedsheets weren't clean. The room was too small. The people at reception refused to change the bedsheets or give another key to the room even though we were 2 people. The hotel cost us 8k and i have seen much better hotels than this at the price of 5k.

It was a pleasant, less hassle stay at the landmark residency. Everything around was available conveniently. The rooms are pretty ok. We were a family of four incl children. N we stayed at the executive rooms, slightly expensive, but it served the purpose of the stay. Since its a veg hotel, breakfast was limited too. Would i stay there again if required? maybe a yes if i find nothing better than this.

The check in process was very bad, rooms were untidy and the towels were dirty. Hk staff untrained and rude, barged in the room. Room keys are dead every time have go to reception for getting the room unlocked. Kitchen service is only from 8 am to 3 pm and 7 pm to 11 pm. One will not get even tea or coffee. Pathetic experience

The location was good but the rooms were really bad and not worth the price. Not mentioning the staff but mr. Pravin was very helpful and the best. If you are carrying out renovation work please have the hotel shut as we get disappointed after paying a high fare for a place not worth it. This should be a 2 star hotel
