The staff was friendly and attentive, and the room we stayed in was both clean and comfortable. Hotel provided delicious breakfast and satisfying meals throughout our stay.

Excellent hotel and services. Hotel is nearer to the hotel making it convenient to travel. This also is the reason why it is always vert busy. The only problem is the wait time in the morning during the breakfast. Hotel should either expand the restaurant space or add another restaurant to cater to the morning rush.

Pleasant stay and helpful staff but not as much expected from a 4 star. Lobby just plain. Room service good. Food good but pricey with their service charge. Room layout really good. Hotel location near to airport but not far away from other main locations.

All good. Location fine. Services good. Athish and the luggage guy is very good. Rooms were immaculately cleaned. Please take care of your people they are your face and profit of your company. Which i call the moment of truth. We dont sere your dirrctors. We see them. Some basic english course can help some of your dining staff. Never ever stop investing in your people. Lal hiralal. Great stay. Excellent service. Close to airport. Everything is worth the money spent. Everything from check-in to check out was excellent. I mentioned the special occasion and they made a special arrangements which was a great surprise. Special thanks to ms saloni.

The good part is lemon tree premier is located at very convenient location. Staffs are amazing and room was big and comfortable.

While checking in we waited for 2 to 3 hrs for room. It was really an unpleasant experience while checking in. I don't want to recommend this hotel to someone for stay. Restaurant cleaning was not proper, furniture sofas were dirty and stained.

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The room was exceptionally clean, and the staff was very attentive. They even upgraded our room, which was a lovely surprise. The hotel is also conveniently located near the airport.
