They don't turn ac on and it smells weird there the staff is rude. In the evening i was sweating and asked to turn on the ac he said no i'll turn in the night only.

This is very nice dormitory and bedsheet, toilet and bar are very clean. They are given nice services.

This place is worst ever placed I stayed as I did booking and paid full in advance about 20 days before yet when I reached to check in they said advance booking doesn't matter and gave us another very very bad place and differ location in some place 300meters away from original room with no fan, but with a ac which did not work and extremely bad condition and when complain they said it is what it is. Please take action against them and make me aware or else we will take action against both the place and MakeMyTrip.

I booked this for my friend for 3 days, he checked out after the 1 night only the rooms were fine but the washroom was so pathetic it was suffocating to stay there.

It is really bad experience to stay. There is a lot of bedbugs around the bed. AC switch on in night only.

There were bedbugs, then it was hot and ac was not on a good power for all the dorm there was only one ac operational. There are a group of people who know each other and they keep disturbing all the time talking loudly. It was hot and no response from the management. There were bedbugs which affected me and also one other person and they did not do anything about it.

There was absence of running water in the bathroom/toilet at one point. Bathroom/toilet doors were not functioning properly. Rest all were good

Nice stay nearby Sakinaka Metro station well maintained and clean beds. Bathrooms and total area best pocket-friendly. Doormatriy in Andheri East.

They wont change bedspreads, rugs after a guest leaves room. Same given to new customers.
