I was first given room with mosquitoes and a bad smell, then the room was changed and that room bunch of hair lying and the flush wasn’t working properly. After complaining again room change was offered and no upgrade or refund. This was disappointing.

Terrible and slow-service

Writing this review while staying in room 315, extremely slow and pathetic service, had ordered dinner in room which arrived in 1hr 15mins, with multiple errors, like 1 roti instead of 3, a salad plate which literally had 3pieces of cucumber and tomato. Also during checkin had to wait around 20 mins in the queue. There are far better hotels near mumbai airport at similar price, please choose them over novotel

Hotel denayed entry due to mm t related issue

I reached hotel at 11:00 pm in the evening for checkout. It was confirmed booking from mmt, at the time of checkin, hotel denayed to checkin and keep me for waiting for 45 mins. As per hotel, booking was not reflecting into their system. I called mm t but mean while they figure it out something and allocate me a room. It was bad experience at late night

Spacious well appointed room, room service and house keeping prompt and efficient, reception and checking in very accommodative, help from it available for airline connectivity, clean rest rooms, excellent spread at bf. All make this place a good destination for 2 n 3d mini vacation. Highly recommended. Also attractive membership reward program.

The location of the property is really nice. Food & beverages department at first floor is really good and serves very big range of different varieties of food. Especially, ms. Jhanvi at first floor in f&b dept, was very caring and excellent in her duties. She stood by our side and make sure that we don't face any difficulties during our breakfast and lunch. All the team members are true to their work. It was really a good experience.
