Poor management in buffet and prepping the room for special occasion, after repeated reminders only congratulations was written with leaf that’s it. Rooms need maintenance and buffet handling staff was worst. Had asked for tea from 6 different people 10 times and didn’t get any.

The staffs were not courteous. Even for water one has to wait for an hour. In fact whether i am at reception or restaurant all were expressing frustration and not keen in providing any service. It was a feeling just staying in a hotel as i have no options to stay elsewhere.

i also work for hospitality industry but the experience which i had with novotel juhu was not good. the time of check-in front desk staffs were rude and not responding properly. they don’t even know that they are representing an organization and there action can ruin the image of the organization. as a guest my experience was not good. 😊

The property is mediocre considering the price they are charging. I booked an ocean view room, but the view was disappointing. Additionally, there seemed to be some cleaning or construction work happening, so all i could see was scaffolding.

Location of property is excellent. Reception was good. Staff is very helpful. Rooms are good. Negative part is the food charges are too high one cant afford 3 meals also vehicles they park in open area so my vehicle was completely messed with sand from outside.

This is a very basic hotel for business stays but not worth the price being charged. They are only charging for location. Otherwise basic cleanliness and hygiene are fine. Nothing fancy.

very poor services, we stayed 2 nights on november 22nd and 23rd,tv was not working entire our stay, key was not working every time to enter in the room we have to call room service, there are no conditioner and no body lotion, we have to requested 3 time, still we get after 8 hours. very disappointing 😞

The stay at novotel was very pleasant. Breakfast also had a wide range of variety. However in peak hours the breakfast area is very crowded and tables are placed very close to one another which ruins the whole 4+ star experience. Need to work on tht. Otherwise very good stay.

Construction was going on in the property and lot of disturbances. We had construction workers right in our window. We had to make many calls to shift our room. I had booked ocean view so i wanted one than finally the gave us a suite which was ok but very dirty. Cleanliness was very bad. Behind the doors lot of dust and not properly cleaned. Reception staff was very arrogant and rude. This is not a 5 star hotel this is 2 star hotel. A/c was not able to controlled according to our temperature so couldn’t sleep properly in the night. Due to cold. Overall the stay was ok. As i was asleep my husband had some work he had to go when he was back he asked for a key card at reception they told him to come in the evening, he got upset and yelled at them than they gave him! no special treatment on arrival no welcome drink or no fruit or cookies in the room!

I paid or a room which didn't have functional air conditioner. I had to call the technician multiple times and even at 1am in midnight as the room wasn't getting cool. I literally checked out of the room as soon as i woke up as it ruined my experience. When i asked for a soap as i'm used to a soap they refused to give it and said we only have shower gel. One of the worst experience and will recommend everyone not to waste their money by visiting novotel.

The hotel staff and the management require more professional behaviours about hospitality. While we ordered food three times in two days to the room, unfortunately the experience was terrible and they didn’t even served sufficient cutlery and plates. This happened for all three meals we ordered in two days. The hotel staff is not accommodative during a small emergency i faced.

The hotel is old and the room service person rung our bell at 1:30 am because of some miscommunication in the team. The room did not have a lever lock making it a scary experience for us as two female travellers.

Had booked a twin sharing ocean view but the room given was road view. Fridge not working. Tv remote not working. Maintenance is poor. Had some billing issues in in room dining which took a long time to resolve. Hand shower half portion was clogged. On the second day went little late for breakfast, when requested for some omelette the chef very unresponsive.

Over all it was good. Rooms are very clean. Staff are nice only at front office are not so user friendly. But over all we had a good stay.

The stay was good. However, there was no welcome drink on arrival at the hotel. Also, the room toilet jet spray nozzle has sediment deposit. This needs cleaning. Rest of the room was excellent.
