The property has a great location with direct access to Juhu beach. The breakfast spread is good with ample options. However, the service levels have degraded significantly with staff being rude and unresponsive. Housekeeping staff needs to be reminded multiple times for required things. The check-in and check-out process is long and cumbersome. Some rooms have partial sea view and are not well-maintained. The food is expensive and not up to the mark. Overall, the property has potential but needs improvement in service and maintenance.
