I had an amazing experience during my stay at this hotel. The service was prompt and efficient, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable visit. The manager was an absolute gentleman and displayed exceptional hospitality. He graciously offered us complimentary tea during our stay, which was a thoughtful gesture. At the time of checkout, i asked for the final bill for beverages consumed, but the manager politely declined and said it was complimentary from their side. Apart from the excellent service, this hotel is truly great value for money. The quality of service and attention to detail far exceeded my expectations for the price. Such kindness and professionalism, combined with affordability, made our stay even more special. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service, genuine care for guests, and excellent value for money. Thank you for a delightful experience!

Main issue is hot water was hot water not available. Else hotel is quite cost effectiveness in general

Hotel condition was very bad nad unhygienic. Some insects were moving on the bed and floor. This hotel is in housing society, and the building is under maintenance. So we left the hotel in the evening.

Good points: staff were good and friendly. Rooms were clean. Bad points: too small rooms. Room had cockroach. Don't order food from hotel.

Rooms and bed linens are too dirty rooms don’t have sufficient ventilation. Staff is also not good. Rooms and bathrooms are too small

I had come yesterday to give the exam. It is a very good hotel in Oxford Hotel. We did not face any problem nor were we disturbed in studying. The breakfast was very good, the food was very good, the staff is very friendly And manager Mr Shoaib is very honest 👍

Room is very small. You can't even walk inside the room. The hotel is in 5th floor with a very rack type of building which is already under rennovation. Nearby area is dumping yard where you see a heap of garbage.

The place was not at all clean. The rooms were very small and suffocated. There were cockroaches all around. The smell was really bad. The property manager was not all cooperative. Highly not recommended.
