Terrible Stay

The hotel was extremely cold and the room was terribly cold. Even the technician couldn’t fix the temperature in our room. It swas 18 degrees.

The stafs are good but there is poor wifi service. At first they said that 5years old baby is not concerned in buffet dinner but check out time they charged us as adult. Taste of the food is not very good, for this range it could be better.

We are regular here becoz of its location &very friendly staff. The partial sea facing room is good and you never bored when you sit on the slap of window & look the juhu chowpati.

Location just next to juhu beach makes it more like an add on amenity along with great places around to hang out. Room sizes are little cramped as the property is build in previous decade but well maintained. Aminites and food is awesome loved the breakfast spread.

Very well located on juhu beach. You get wonderful morning walk opportunity. Hotel is neat and clean. Food however is ordinary and can be improved. The room was extremely cold this time. The temp control was not working. Overall a good stay.

Terrible Stay

Mmt and hotel ramada have been very insensitive and noncooperative. You both have not considered my very genuine reasons for refund after cancellation request was raised by me. Full amount has been taken from us without even a single room night used by us.

Comfortable stay in great

Location at the juhu beach is great plus point. There are many shops all around their location. There is a swimming pool on ground floor. Gym on first floor. Restaurant serves sumptuous breakfast. Some rooms face juhu beach while some rooms face a nearby under-construction building. We chose this hotel mainly for its location.

Our stay in ramada plaza was awesome. The location is perfect. The customer service is fantastic. The staff is warm and the breakfast spread is scrumptious ! they made the kids most comfortable and memorable, their first time in india. Thank you so much for your amazing hospitality!

Wonderful locale and easy access to the beach and restaurants nearby. Felt they could avoid giving rooms on a level where all bystanders can see inside the room. Didn't appreciate that continuously moved our car in their parking (limited slots available) and they parked our suv at a place where it was plastered with bird poop. They however got it cleaned after a verbal communication. They gave us a cot for our son free of charge and was pleasantly surprised.
