The hotel service and food was good (4/5) but the rooms were not that great. It looked very congested and lightning was also too much (old structure) they were renovating the other half of the hotel on each floor - trying a modular look, i guess + lack of sockets for charging your phone or laptop while working

Property is ok, food isn't good at all they need to update their hotel, the bathroom is old and shabby nothing great for the price they charged.

Very cooperative and polite staff. The breakfast menu was amazing. We travelled with kids, and it was super easy and comfortable trip.

Fairly neat hotel, although we were not alerted about breakfast only being served before 10:30 am when we checked in at 4 in the morning. We also requested to be given a 2 hour late check out which they advertised on their ad on make my trip but they denied it in person.

Stay was good, staff is cooperative and good location, room service food was on expensive size considering the portion provided, they also charged for baby food which is normally on hotels are complimentary, limited parking is available you need to park outside hotel, location is apt if you want to roam around, colaba, mahalaxmi is just 10 min drive away. Overall it was decent stay.

Location is very good in south mumbai. Rooms are comfortable. Food is not good at all and they need to improve on service and quality of food. Food had no taste or flavour. Had to order in. Staff not efficient enough. Dissapointing
