Cleanliness was too good. I am overwhelmed with the staff behavior and prompt service. From manager to waiter, everyone was supportive, humble, and polite. This place is safe and ideal for family stay. In breakfast, they generally have idle sambhar, dosa, and 1 other dish (chole bhature or ch-ole pav. Idle sambhar was too delicious, but eventually, i got bored with the same menu every day. I stayed for around 10 days. Overall, my experience was excellent.

The hotel staff was good. Room is clean the best part is the body back massager and leg massager machine is on reception and it's free for all guests.

Comfortable rooms with ac, clean beds and clean linen. Clean bathroom with hot water in the morning. Courteous staff and very cooperative reception manager. Delicious breakfast served on time

Sabir at reception was of good assistance to queries. Food was good. Room was clean and fixtures operational including aircon. Room service was prompt. Linen needs to be upgraded. Routine disinfection/pest control sprays recommended to avoid start of a pest spread. Overall i had a pleasant stay.

Cockroaches in room

Very bad experience. When you enter in the room you will find lot of cockroaches welcoming you in the room.

No electricity backup. Overcost as per desired thing. Telephone not working. Tata sky not working. Ac properly not working.

Room size was very small, double bed size was also small approx 4'×5.5'. Air conditioning was at par. Breakfast buffet had very limited options like dosa, idly, bread omelet, banana, but whatever was, was tasty. Staff was very friendly.

The hotel had broken floors, leaking ceilings, unhygienic cooking areas, smells in the linens and stains in the bathrooms.

Awful behavior of front desk

I checked in on 18th august around 4pm. The attendant at the entrance desk had an awful behaviour. Despite i was checking in with my sister and produced both aadhar cards with middle name and surname same which proved that we are siblings, he wanted some more proof and the comments made by him were terrible and not welcoming, it made me so unpleasant that i checked out from there and went to another hotel nearby. Hospitality zero

Royal park hotel is close to cs-mt railway station and is very convenient distance from south mumbai and cruise port location. Room was cosy and breakfast was good.

Great hotel to stay in south mumbai. Easy reachable from mumbai central railway station. Very neat and clean hotel. Rooms are well maintained. All staff in hotel are very supportive and always ready to help. Good food and room services.
