Location was excellent. Juat 10 mins to mumbai airport. It is beautifully made hotel. The only peoblem is its breakfast. It is pathetic

Room is very average, bathroom taps were not working properly, house keeping was not prompt, they had to call many times, well come drink came after 1. 5 hours late after 7 to 8 calls, room was given 45 minutes late.

Terrible old rooms, no water in the hand shower. After repeated calls to reception a technician came and that too resulted in dirty water from taps.

The staff was polite and sweet, but i had to make multiple requests to actually get basic stuff like water, and ice bowls. Also the main elevator wasn’t working during the first 2 days of my stay

For extra person they have not provided bed. When go for checkin around 1 o’clock room was not ready so we gone outside and reach there around 4:30 to 5 o’clock at that time also check in is not ready it takes considerable time.
