The overall experience was good there. The only problem which i feel is that check-in time is very late, it is at 2pm, in which i suffer a lot because of waiting. It would be a suggestion for next time, please make it at 11am

Only issue is they have limited parking and on days when there is a function it can become chaotic, as the hotel is near a main junction

The hotel location is perfect. It suited us very well. We drove from pune. The room 807 was comfortable, the amenities were just perfect. The services were outstanding. From car park, check-in and the room service. I will consider it again in jan. 2025.

Great location near andheri east, close to airport and midc. Spacious clean rooms and the restaurant options are adequate. Just that the walls and wooden finishings have seen better days. Overall a decent stay.

It was my first visit to sai palace thoug visited their restaurant earlier. It is an eye catching decent building presently under renovation and colour work. Reception area is huge with their restaurants and check in counter. Check in was smooth and plea-sent with helping staff. Room is also good big and well decorated. So is bathroom with all needed facilities. Could not eat food or breakfast for early morning checkout but assumed it to begood. Overall quite a satisfying experience.
