The location is excellent, breakfast is limited however good. The staff is polite and helpful. Roof top restaurant was a bit expensive however good. Room quality is poor, bedsheets, pillows in bad shape. Bathroom fittings in bad shape, window ac noisy and temperature control was poor.

Great location. Spacious room. In house limited parking. Good breakfast. But old structure. Comfortable bedding. Family friendly. At 7-8k it's costly for interior. They have rooftop cafe. Look from there is amazing.

The manager was reluctant to offer competitive prices. Room service guy sneaked up my room while i was in my room. He did apologised but am sure was inspired by someone to peek in my room. Food quality and regular service was good. Room condition was not clean when i walked in. Women hairs all over flooring.

Extremely poor service, old rooms and uncomfortable bed. They don't even have an iron. With this price, you get really good hotel.

This hotel has a great location, velue for money with very neat and clean room, welcoming staff. Inhouse food was good though limited menu items and good localised or traditional breakfast.

I greatly enjoy my stays at the strand. The old furniture in the rooms is quite elegant and the location is great. The breakfast is also quite tasty

So the hotel’s location is the most beautiful the thing is that the room is smaller and doesn’t justify the price also minimum toiletries provided by the hotel the staff was very helpful though the rooms could have been more neat and clean but as it is an old hotel it kind of has not maintained furniture in it also a shabby hotel where garbage was casually lying around everywhere but i did get parking

The stay at this hotel is nothing to write about, the amount charged and facilities provided are totally wasted! the cups and glasses kept in the room were pathetic and absolutely dirty! hygeine is a mystery for these guys! i wonder how they are in this business in such a premium locality!

Hotel room was satisfactory but toilet was not cleaned properly, ac typically old one, not able to adjust temp. Service personnel demanding money even now and then. Receptionist were look confused.
