Hotel over all ambience and cleaning is good. Staff is cordial. Rooms are comfortable for stay. Break fast is good need to improve taste of south indian dishes.

The room was spacious but needs maintaining staff is courteous service could be better some things like light switches and one of the phones in the room weren’t working overall, average stay, there’s definitely room for improvement

I tho t it wud be a good experience for our layover between 2 flights but we were harassed by the desk staff. We had to pay 600rs for 2 bottles of water which were in the room without mentioning the cost

One of the worst hotel in the heart of andheri. Rooms are smelly, too small & without any basic amenities. Very limited options in breakfast (it's better to have it from outside.

The stay was comfortable. Room was big and clean. The buffet was not available but items on their buffer menu could be ordered since i was alone that limited the choice on no of dishes i could order. Overall the level. Of service at the restaurant was quite good. It was a comfortable stay.

I ordered food and they have sent average quality food firstly and then for payment they called me 3 times on landline number and butler came twice asking about payment. As if he we will run away. I mean it was disgusting and annoying

even though i paid 100% advance they were asking me for ₹2,000/- towards security deposit else they locked the in room bar; is this a sane attitude? … their valet parking have terms & conditions so they take signature on the slip they give. my car with the keys they take & then signature on the slip?; what’s the rationale behind this kind of thinking?. bed. bed straight angle. roadside view. view from window side. entrance view from inside. restroom
