Room is good, bathroom was clean, santacruz station is nearby, at a good location - all facilities and even a supermarket nearby. Room service was great, complimentary breakfast was the best. Reasonable rates, would highly recommend!

Very neat & tidy rooms wid view. Proper hygiene maintained. Very friendly care taking staff. Took very good care of me as i was a solo traveller felt safe. It was my 6th tym stay. Shopping market nearby.

Worst experience ever. They dont have parking space for your cars, you have to park it on the roads with big rats. Overall experience was horrible

Property location is good, complementary breakfast is also good, but the hotel have no restaurant we have to order the food through phone and they serve the food in the room, by that our choices were limited and we are not able to taste various items. The most important is that the bed sheets and pillow covers were not washed and that is defenenitely used by other guests with a fowl smell. We use our own linen. I don't prefer this property in future.

Good location, lift is not there so climbing step with luggage might be a problem for people having health issues. The building has upto 2 floors. Service is quite good and they don't have inhouse restaurant, everything needs to be ordered from outside.

Average stay, room needs maintenance mirror was rusty and broken, washroom exhaust was hanging by the wire that had to be fixed. Staff was fine. Not a recommended stay for couples or family.

The rooms and the staff were good. There should be a lift. Breakfast was also nice. Near to the railway station.

The hotel is located just 1 km away from the local station which is very convenient. Also there are medical shops and a supermarket store within 300m distance. Now coming to the rooms, even the basic room is quite big and spacious as well as very neat and clean. The staff is also very helpful and minds its own business. Since santacruz is near to middle on the western line and this hotel is just 1 km away from the local station, i highly recommend this for stays as it becomes very easy to travel in mumbai using local.

Staff was very courteous and they even gave us free breakfast which was not part of our booking. That was really a nice guesture.

It was a pleasant stay! clean rooms, large washroom, service was really good and prompt, cordial hotel staff, food was tasty. The hotel could work on it's exterior beautification though.

Stay was pleasant and food was good only thing i felt would have been better was the ventilation in the rooms, there is no window in the room which will sometimes make us feel suffocated apart from this no drawbacks. Would definitely recommend this room for stay it’s also close to airport.
